Celia Sullivan is an 19 year old girl who was born with Arctic Fox DNA, she is a Mew Mew as well. her costume is white with the white fox ears and tail. Her Mew Mew weapon is her wooden staff who transforms into her Mew Mew staff. She is Mew Celia.

She had a horrible past, of being called ' Demon ' and ' Monster ' when she was young.

She wasn't care by the villagers who used to beat her up, the only ones who cared for her was her families, her pain was reopened when her beloved Grandma Charlotte Sullivan died on November 27th, 2006. She has only one grandmother left. She is a Konohagakure shinobi, currently a Jonin, in love with Kakashi Hatake. She is a shaman, she can communicate to ghosts and spirits, she acts as a healer or medicine man. She is a medical nin as well, she was trained by Tsunade the Fifth Hokage, Celia carries her wooden staff around with her and walks on bare feet, she is used to it anyway.

And she is a Pokemon Trainer with only Lucario, Sakashi, Staraptor, Ninetales, Azumarill, and Sceptile.

But today that Elliot, Wesley, Mini-Mew, Zoey, Corina, Kikki, Bridget, and Renne learned about a new Mew Mew, Celia Sullivan.

" So, there's a new Mew Mew in Canada?" Zoey asked.

" Yes. But we don't know she is until we find her."

" Yeah, but where in Canada?"

" It says here that Celia Sullivan lives in Hazelton, British Columbia, Canada."

" Well, that's somewhere to begin with."

" Okay! We're going to Canada to meet her!"

" But my question is, what does she look like? If we're going to find her."

" Okay, her hair color is white and her eye colour is emerald green."

Dren, Pai, and Taruto were looking for the new Mew Mew as well.

Until Dren spotted a white-haired girl with emerald green eyes holding a wooden staff in her right hand and wearing sandals, shinobi sandals because she is on Squad Seven.

With Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno.

She wore a over-shoulder satchel which is green and has her important things in it.

Celia turned to face Dren.

" Who are you?"

" I'm Dren. Who are you?"

" I'm Yoh Sullivan."

Celia is concealing her true name, she is the guardian and protector of Hazelton, British Columbia, and Canada. She joined The United Church of Canada at age 18.

But Dren interrupted her when she was watching over the three Hazeltons.

It was her job to watch over the peace in the three towns.

Then Dren kissed her passionately on the lips!

Celia didn't do anything after that.

" I'll see you again, Yoh."

Then Dren disappeared.

Celia smirked when he disappeared.

" Actually, my name isn't Yoh, I concealed my name Celia behind Yoh Asakura's name."

A week later after Celia's first encounter with Dren.

Zoey had said good-bye to Mark, but he insisted on going with them and he sees Canada from the plane.

" That's Canada?!"

" Yep."
