A close up of my earlier submission
This is a square composition to use all the available space provided - hopefully gives more detail to the poster.

More from cwr
I had a whole story planned behind this, but after doing all this work only to miss the deadline, I'm just going to sit here and cry.
By cwr, parody of I Am Legend
Being the last fan on Earth, and living in New York, this fanboy completes ALL his collections. When an undead army of writers, artists, directors and movie stars decide they want their work back, a tough decision must be made: the artist or their art?

a late submission
I entered this at 2:59 PT (according to my computer) but I guess it was late. You can't really see his tee shirt, but it says "suck onna bullet" with a vampire skull in the center. The hat flying off his head is the one worn by Chuck Heston in "The Omega Man" - I guess he started dressing as Captain Action (12" toy figure from the 60's and 70's) at some point in the movie - the two shoulder holsters from the Mummy series w/Brendan Fraser, packing 2 8"Colt Pythons - Batman's utility belt - 2 Desert Eagle .50 caliber magnum Action Express' at his hips in a gunslinger rig - an FN P90 in his left hand, a scoped M4A1 in his right, with another M16 carbine variant on his pack - Trigun sunglasses, a katana in a back sheath, and a backpack full of tapes, DVDs and comics looted from Midtown Comics. There is a building rooftop that you could see both the Chrysler and Empire State buildings, but it don't look like this old ten story job - this is a lot more atmospheric.
