“Child trafficking victim Mia Waters is set to return to Miami this week, as part of acampaign to raise awareness for missing and endangered children.

Mia, who helped uncover one of the largest child trafficking rings in the country, makes her way from England to join the Miami-Dade Crime Lab as part of their campaign. The Crime Lab, who were partly responsible for securing her release,aim to get the faces of many missing children out across the country, and also Canada.

The appeal also includes faces of children from Mexico and England, children they have cause to believe may also be victims of the gang. Lieutenant Horatio Caine also commented on this week’s event.”

“We believe the victims of this group are spread widely across the states and even Canada.Searching in state for these children is no use. They were taking with the intention of being transported as faraway as possible. We are almost certain that all the children remain in the States, thought they could be anywhere from Oregon to New York. After our initial arrests, over 100 children were successfully brought home. We hope that this fresh appeal will help to boost that number until ever single one of these children is returned to their homes.”
