Grissom's feelings for Sara.

GSR drabble.

Submitter Notes: I do not own or profit from CSI. This is my first drabble.

MY SARA

She's the light that guides me when darkness invades my spirit, taking my hand and with it my heart, my soul, my breath. She's the reason I wake, and my lullaby to sleep. She's the root of my laughter, tears, smiles, and fears. I embark on an investigation, but she steels my concentration, becomes my fascination, and is the muse that drives my admiration. She's my student, my teacher, my subordinate, my leader. She's my strongest supporter, and my toughest critic. She's my girl Friday and the reason I can take on Monday. She's my love, my life, my Sara.

For 100 words, I think you captured a lot of feeling. That said, I don't know if I necessarily believe that Grissom is feeling that... but it might just be because we view Grissom differently. :) I've just never seen him as that emotive and I kind of wish you'd written something more to hint at why you believe Grissom feels that deeply. Still, given that this is 100 words, I can see how that might be hard to do. And yeah! :) Grammar and spelling are pretty spot on. One of the things I love about FanLib, as compared to say FanFiction.Net, is that most of the stuff in this category has fewer problems with that issue.

Overall, good job. :) I might not have agreed with your characterization but I still enjoyed it.
