Lieutenant Commander Miles O'Brien

Oh and you thought I was done? Nope... Got another one for you...

Miles O'Brien brings not only talent to the crew of the Narendra, but he brings in a lot of experience. So much so, upon Worf's first order to have Miles as a part of his crew, he not only assigned him to Engineering, but he then made him an officer on the spot. That was a definite tribute to the extensive experience that Miles brings to the job!
