Kagome Higurashi was adopted as a baby, and she led a happy life with her adopted mother Nari. However, when Kagome turns eighteen Nari dies a rare bone disease, but before she dies she gives Kagome a letter from her biological mother and makes her promise to meet her. So in fullfilling her promise Kagome gets to know her family and finds love. She also finds danger from a most unexpected place.

The fifth movie is called "Inuyasha: The Final Confrontation"... It's said to be released in the US sometime in 2009. I don't know about anyone else...but I squealed when I found out there was going to be another movie!!!

Yeah Inuyasha finally chooses between kikyo and kagome. its the final battle with naraku and kagome might get her soul taken away and also Koga makes his first appearance in the movie fighting with inuyasha to win kagomes heart as told by a reAl anime magizine.
