A classmate of mine knew I loved making GG vids and one night she sent me the lyrics to this song and I agreed immediately that this was a perfect song for Lorelai and made the video the very next day.

I made this 6 years ago in my art elective in high school. I used acrylic chalk to do it and worked on it two hours a week for a couple of months. You could say I was happy when I finally finished it. It's far from perfection, but for a first attempt, I like it.

I'm not really big on country, I hear a song I like, then I listen to it, but I don't really seek out country. And can't say the song title's very appealing. But thanks for the tip.

I liked the video a lot, and I agree, the lyrics do sound like Lorelai. But, is everyone forgetting the fact that her character absolutely hated country music?

Isn't it weird then, that some of the best fitting songs for Lorelai and Luke/Lorelai are, in fact, country music? "Somebody" by Reba McEntire, "Bless the broken road" and "What hurts the most" by Rascall Flatts to name a couple. I'm not really fond of country music, myself, as the majority is just whining nonsense... at least in my opinion, but I've learned there are some great songs out there in the genre as well. So I take it one song at a time... lol

This was sooo great! I loved it. I especially love the santa burger, I love that episode....i was disapointed the scene where she bought Luke a new hat wasn't in there. I told you I love that episode. Anyway, it was wonderful!

Awww, I loved this one! Lorelai is such a "go getter", and this song was definitely reminiscent of her. The coffee line totally got me. Okay, and the fact that you put the basket bidding in there also rocked. Great job with this one as always. :)

The words are perfect
So very Lorelai! And I laughed so hard at the "somebody stop me" line where she's pointing and Luke's grabbing at her arms. Great stuff.
