It's like Knight Rider meets Speed Racer. :-) I like all the technical details, it added to the story. Nice job!

I like the little mystery you have going here, it made me think and try to figure out what was going on. The part about Racer X wondering if he was ready at the end was a nice touch (only because I know what it means from reading another entry). All in all this was a good read=)

This was a nice, exciting read. The dialog fit all of the characters very well, which makes your other deviations even more startling. The computer in the Mach 5 just seemed a little out of place in both the universe of the cartoon and the movie. It's something more appropriate for Knight Rider or Star Trek. I liked how evilly maniacal Royalton is. I think Racer X's presence was a little superfluous in this story. Overall, the plot and dialog were good, but too many elements felt unnecessary or out of place to make this story truly great.
