I've read a storty nearly exactly like this one. Ginny and a few others are abducted and Ginny is basicaly raped. They have to hide the pregnancy from the Order because they're hunting down the mother, but eventually Ginny gives her self up.

If Ginny became pregnant from the time that Voldemort possesed her in the second book, that would have to be the longest pregnancy in the history of the world, unless magical pregnancies take longer than normal ones. But still, this pregnancy would have to have lasted for literally years; this is something you ought to address or correct. Also, you ought to run a spelling and grammar check, get a beta reader, or both, as your errors in these areas distract from your story. Good luck!
